• Medi Mall offers optional paid services such as seller verification, product inspection, and secure payment facilitation.

4. Payment & Transactions

• Medi Mall does not process payments for product purchases. All payments and transactions between buyers and sellers occur off-platform unless you opt for our secure transaction service.

• Use of the secure transaction service is voluntary and subject to additional terms.

5. Content & Conduct

• Users must not post fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content.

• Medi Mall reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts violating platform rules.

• All communications should be respectful and professional.

6. Verification & Inspection

• Sellers may pay for a verification badge to build trust with buyers.

• Products may be subject to inspection and approval by Medi Mall to ensure quality and safety.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Medi Mall acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers; we do not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or legality of any products or services listed.

• Users transact at their own risk.

• Medi Mall is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from transactions.

8. Anti-Scam Policy

• We strongly encourage users to report suspicious behavior or listings.
